Who is strategist? Describe the
main types of jobs that have a strong strategic element.
My grandfather said that Military
or business leader use to be known as strategist in old age. However, the term
strategist has become wider nowadays. Business Leaders like Mukesh Ambani,
Steve jobs, Bill Gates and others are referred as successful strategist.
Nowadays Musicians, writers, scientists, political leader, inventors, sports
managers, film artist and others are called strategist.
The main types of jobs that have
strong strategic elements are:

Consultants and academics: Consultants and
academics are the group who study the external and internal environment of an
organization. According to the nature of business they guide business owner
what strategy they need to develop.

CEO/COO/MD: These people
having highest rank in a company. He/she is the administrator who provides
information to the board of directors. Board of directors is a person who
provides roles and responsibilities to CEO/COO/MD. Decisions are made by these
strategists, guide the employees and manage people. Being a leader, CEO/COO/MD
can give guidance and suggestion to the Board of Directors; can make adjust
with a firm and motivates workers

Leader: Leader is a person who leads
people. He may be a political leader, business leader, or others. He is
responsible to make or change strategy which does not work in real scenario.

Founder
of the business:
This person plays a vital role in decision making because he is the person who
invest in business, so he is responsible for everything. Founder is a person
who starts business in his own money to gain the high profit.

What’s the difference between
strategy planner and strategy consultant? ( use your own words or referenced
quotes)

Difference
between strategy planner and strategy consultant are as given below:
- Strategy Planners work within the
organization and referred as internal workforce of an organization but Strategy
consultant work from outside the organization and referred as external
workforce of an organization.
- Strategy planners have less
responsibility than strategy consultant as planners examine the situation but
consultant examines the entire organization.
- Strategy planners need to make
entire strategy, so they involved in each steps of strategy making process
whereas Strategy consultant provide resources to implement planned strategies,
so consultant involved more in implement steps of strategy making process.
- Strategy planners focus more on
making strategy according to desire of organization whereas strategy
consultants focus on organization than a situation of making strategy.

Ratan Tata because he was such a business person who has developed and explore

Inventor or scientist: Galileo Galilei: He is a renowned
philosopher and astronomer who is a main player in scientific progression.
According to a research, he was regarded as number one intellectual person in
this globe till date. Hence, he is known as father of science.
Sport manger: Ganesh Lama: He is a Nepalese
football manager and former coach of Nepalese police club of Kathmandu. He was
responsible for managing football games in Kathmandu.
Civil Right Campaigner: Anuradha Koirala: She is also a
Nepalese woman, who worked for the woman who faced human trafficking; CNN Hero
2011 is a famous award which she attains.
Writer: Laxmi Prasad Devkota: He a
famous writer of Nepal who wrote “muna madan”. He wrote different articles,
songs, poems, nobel, story, etc in different language i.e. English, nepali and
others. He was awarded in different events time to time. He is not now in this
world but his creativity never dead in this era.

be involved in business strategy because of good knowledge about business, fine
presentation skill, how to deal with customers and in changing situation. One
thing that I lack is experience in strategy job until now. Therefore, I want to
study in this module then only I acquire such duties responsibilities if
